Cancellation Policy

The following includes our terms and cancellation policies.  Because of our intimate size late cancellations can affect us greatly.

1. For all bookings a deposit/payment of the total of discounted “PAY NOW” or special rate bookings may be made at the time of booking. NO REFUNDS APPLY. Discounts apply to two nights and over bookings only.
2. A deposit/payment of the total stay of full rate bookings may be processed one week or within prior to arrival. In event of cancellation up to one week prior to arrival, a full refund of deposit applies to STANDARD RATE BOOKINGS ONLY. No refund for cancellations within one week of arrival the quoted rate and booked apartment(s) period remains regardless of the number of people showing up on the day.
3. If no arrival time is specified or pre-arranged, 6 pm will be considered the final arrival time and a “no show”. Full payment of stay applies.
4. Credit card details are taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation only. The deposit/payment is debited after the booking has been CONFIRMED. All deposits are receipted on invoice and emailed for your record. Rates confirmed at time of booking are not subject to further change.
5. Management and/or clients are not obligated to accept reservation requests or confirmed bookings.
6. On arrival inspection of property, management reserves the right not to accept guests who are not satisfied with our facilities on arrival. Compensation may apply.
7. Management reserves the right to decline acceptance of any extra undeclared person exceeding the occupancy allowance not declared as guests at the time of booking. No refund of deposit/payment will be applicable, and the booking will be declined. Children are not welcome.
8. Unless prior arranged, booking payments by agents & corporates are due one month prior to arrival date. Should a cancellation occur with one month, 50% of the total booking cost is liable. A cancellation within TWO WEEKS of arrival incurs 100% of the total cost plus $50 cancellation administration fee.
9. All clients & guests are liable for their booking related costs or property damage incurred in retrieving outstanding payments owed to East West Apartments.
10. NO pets are permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Any pets found on premises immediate eviction and full stay costs will be incurred.
11. OVERSEAS TRAVELLERS: PLEASE ENSURE LOSS OF DEPOSIT FOR ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATIONS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY
12. CHECK IN TIME: To maintain our high standard of unit preparation, check in time is strictly from 2.00 pm – 6 pm or as prior arranged. Office closes at 6 pm. Management has a right to not accept late check- in arrivals unless prior arranged – NO REFUNDS. A late call out fee of $50 may be imposed if staff is required to wait up for late arrivals. CHECK OUT TIME – NO LATER THAN 10 AM.
13. Please note that the office closes at 6.00 pm for in-house guests. A call out fee outside office hours of $50 may be incurred for non-emergencies, late check in included.
14. On site office opening hours: 9.00 am – 10am, 2 pm – 6 pm
